Federation account creation
This is the first federation step. It establishes who can govern rules, licenses, rankings, and approvals.
What this step is for
Federation account creation gives trusted admins the ability to configure federation-wide settings and support organizations, dancers, and officials.
How it works
- Create personal accounts for federation administrators.
- Confirm that the federation entity exists and is correctly named.
- Assign the right federation roles to the right people.
- Keep at least two trusted admins active.
- Confirm that the admin surfaces open correctly.
Why this matters
A federation controls shared policy. If access is weak or too centralized, every downstream workflow becomes fragile.
Common blockers
- Only one person has admin access.
- Admins use shared accounts.
- The wrong people receive approval power.
What success looks like
The federation has stable, auditable admin access with enough coverage to handle live operations and support.
