Your club’s results, points and rankings
The club does not create rankings; the federation does. What the club controls is whether its dancers’ results end up in the right place, under the right club.

Which club a result counts for
- Licences decide it. A competitor represents the club that holds the most active dancer licences among its dancers. A tie goes to the older licence.
- Only when none of the dancers has an active licence does the federation assign the club by hand.
- Club membership alone does not decide it. A dancer who joins your club but still has a licence naming their old club is counted for the old club.

What the club can check
- One account per dancer. A dancer with two accounts has their results split.
- Licences are Active and name your club, before the competition.
- The right club tag (your Short letters) in results. For federations that import result files, a wrong club tag creates a duplicate club.
If something looks wrong

| A result is not in the ranking yet | The competition is not closed, or the ranking has not been recalculated. Wait a day. |
| A result counts for the wrong club | The dancer’s licence names another club. Ask the federation to reissue it. |
| A couple’s points are split over two couples | A wrong person number on an entry. Tell the federation. |
| A class or competition does not count | Each ranking only includes the classes the federation links to it. |
