In Vote4Dance, schools and clubs are generally handled as organizations. Joining the correct one affects licensing, team management, and support.

The dancer requests or accepts the relationship.

The school or club approves it.

Before you start

Make sure you know:

the exact name of the school or club
whether your dancer license is supposed to be self-service or club-managed
whether the club must already be approved by the federation for your path

How it works

Find the correct school or club.
Request membership or accept an invitation.
Wait for approval if the organization uses approval.
Confirm the organization appears in your account context.
Use that organization in later licensing or registration flows when needed.
