Spectator
You are a spectator if you come to watch — a parent, a partner, a friend, a coach without an entry, or anybody who bought a ticket to a competition.
What you can do
- Buy tickets, meals and event merch for an event from its Tickets page
- Keep the tickets in your Vote4Dance account and in the app, as QR codes
- Follow the competition live: schedule, live scores and results, on the web and in the app
- Hand a ticket to somebody else — whoever shows the code gets in
Start here
- Buying tickets — how an event’s Tickets page works, paying, and what happens at the entrance
- Following the schedule — what is dancing now, when the next round starts, and which results are out
Good to know
You need a Vote4Dance account to buy: it is where the tickets live, on every device you sign in to. It is the same free account dancers and clubs use, and the same one you follow competitions with.
Results in the app stay on screen when the venue wifi drops. The app also opens without a network and shows the results already saved on the phone; while it reconnects it says “Showing results as of” and the time they were last updated.
Not every event sells tickets through Vote4Dance. When an event does, its page has a Tickets tab.
