  • Registration: Correcting a dance role is treated as team information rather than a roster change — it saves in place, so a registered team keeps its id and its registrations instead of being copied to a new version, and a locked roster no longer blocks it
  • Public: The leader/follower selector now appears for any couple, including in club, coach and organization flows — a solo team that gained a partner there previously saved with no roles at all — and trios can record roles too
  • Public: Roles are optional to save everywhere; a federation’s role requirement is still checked at registration
  • Public: Club, coach and organization team flows start with the same use-participant-names / custom-name choice as the personal flows, instead of going straight to a name box, and the new-version warning on a registered team is shown only when the edit actually versions it
  • Federation: Promotion points can be awarded from a placement-to-points table banded by the number who started (DSF 7.3, SLT T7.3) — points reach every placed dancer rather than only finalists, and disqualified entries count toward the field size without claiming points
  • Federation: Competition level rules are editable, so a federation can withhold promotion points at a championship
  • Federation: Rule panels holding a structured value, such as a promotion-points table, now save correctly — the save previously failed and took every other rule edited in the same panel with it

  • Registration: Roster control for organizers — team rosters can be locked automatically once a registration is paid (opt-in per event), roster changes can be allowed per class, and every roster change is re-validated against age and team-size rules
  • Check-in: Find participants by full name with accent-insensitive search, and see a dancer’s partners directly on their event check-in page
  • Public: The account page shows your competitors in a clearer card layout, and the licenses page lists your existing licenses above the application form
  • Platform: Refreshed UI component library across all apps, plus many smaller fixes in Manager, Speaker and round results
  • App and Public: Per-user push notification settings — independently mute results for teams you’ve favorited or updates for competitions you follow, from Settings → Notifications (app) or Account → Notification preferences (web). Both are on by default; registration and other emails are always sent.
  • School/Club: Embeddable website widgets — show your club’s upcoming registrations and results on your own website via a read-only iframe; generate, rotate, or disable the embed key from your organization profile (see Embed widgets)
