Jack'n'Jill setup
This guide is for using Jack’n’Jill with indivdual judging in prelims and judged as couples in final
Floor setup
Under Floors, press “Create floor”, this will help when judging both followers and leaders together in the schedule

Class setup
Under Classes, press “Add class” and select Jack & Jill mode. Fill in the fields with 3 classes per category, leader+follower+final, rename all classes to your needs after these have all been created 
Round guide
- Run the “Round guide” on all classes using these settings.
- Adjust “Federation Class” depending on leader, follower or final class
- Select the matching floor (leader or follower)
- Play around with number of participants to see different setups
- Make sure there is no final round in either leader or follower class setup (delete if it is)

Important settings:
- Round priority settings is set to “Alternates” in prelims
- Judging type “Yes+Alternates” in prelims
Schedule
When all classes have been created, arrange them in your schedule blocks. Then click “Assign round numbers” to have both leader and follower classes to have the same number (so they will be judged and dancing together)

Registrations
Add leader and follower class to your registration periods and start collecting registrations
WSDC specific
Make sure you also add rules for external ID 
Judges
- Add judges so you have one set of judges for leaders, followers and the final couple class
- Chief Judge should be set to Chief-Out in prelims (if not part of ordinary judging panel)
Enter results
Start judging, collect results and send dancers through to next round or copy to final couple class
Merge leaders and followers
Use the Speaker app to rotate and/or merge dancers into couples
